Since our humble beginnings, as a home-based business, tca has been about excellent customer service. As tca  grew out of the home and into our second and largest commercial building, we have not lost sight of providing our customers with the highest level of customer service. Small, medium, or large, tca  strives to always keep our focus on excellent customer service as the solid foundation and the basis of tca 's existence.

During the early years, we were known as The Computer Assistant. Now we simply refer to ourselves as tca . Why the change? Well, we like things simple. We know that simple does not mean deficient or less effective. We just choose to take the complicated industry of Information Technology, and make it effortless for our clients. Back in 1997, we pledged that the reason for tca’s existence was to provide customers with unrivaled IT support and customer service.
